- GENERAL
WEBSITE USAGE TERMS:
- Neither Velostone.com or
Velostone Industrial Suppliers nor any of its operators, employees, or
agents will be liable for damages of any kind arising out of or in
connection with the use of this site, including compensatory, direct,
indirect or consequential damages.
- Information on this web
site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information may
be changed or updated without notice.
- PAYMENT
POLICY:
- Payment accepted by all
major credit cards with Paypal from Paypal & Non-Paypal
Members.
- Credit card information
of customers not received or stored by Velostone.
- Payment can also be made
by Cashier's Check/Money order (Not Personal Checks) in the name,
"Velostone Industrial Suppliers" , orders will be processed and shipped
after checks are honored.
- RETURN
POLICY:
- No returns on
custom-made, used and assembled products.
- Velostone should be
informed immediately if products are being returned.
- Shipping &
Handling fees deducted on returns. Payment will be refunded immediately
on return of products.
- Total amount will be
refunded if order is incorrectly processed by Velostone and buyer
decides to cancel the order.
- CANCELLATION
POLICY:
- Once order is shipped
RETURN POLICY terms apply.
- Custom-made product
order must be cancelled same day. Work on custom-made order starts
immediately after payment reception and all expenses occurred to
Velostone will be deducted from the total payment on cancellation.
- SHIPPING
TERMS:
- Orders are shipped with
USPS Certified Mail/UPS Ground. Tracking information will be emailed to
buyer once order is shipped.
